Daniels and Jones Funeral Directors are a family-owned and operated business that has been providing funeral services in Birmingham for many years. We under stand that arranging a funeral can be a difficult time, and we are committed to providing you with the highest level of care and compassion.

Our statutory price list includes the fees for all of the essential services that are required by law for a funeral. These services include:

• The removal of the deceased from the place of death
• The transportation of the deceased to the funeral home
• The preparation of the deceased for viewing or burial
• The provision of a coffin or casket
• The use of a funeral vehicle
• The burial or cremation of the deceased

The fees in our statutory price list are set by the government and are reviewed annually. We are not able to negotiate these fees.

In addition to the statutory fees, there may be other costs associated with a funeral. These costs may include:

• The cost of flowers
• The cost of catering
• The cost of printing
• The cost of memorialization

We will discuss all of these costs with you in detail when you come to us to arrange a funeral.
